Homes will gladly work with your architect on the project plans as well. Interior design assistance is a free service to Lecy customers. From plumbing fixtures to appliances to ceramic to cabinets to countertops to flooring to paint colors our staff of professionals is here to help you through the process. You may use our service as much or as little as you choose at no additional charge. You may choose to use a private designer also.
The closing date for your new home is known when you sign your contract. The building process is typically 6 months. Lecy Bros. Homes takes great pride in never being late for a completion and closing. Your home will be completed on time!
Lecy Bros. Homes makes sure your home is complete to our Lecy standards. Prior to closing a complete walk-thru is done to introduce and familiarize you with the features of your new home - mechanicals and maintenance. We want you to know how to care for your investment.
